At MELANIFY, weβre committed to making your shopping experience smooth and worry-free. If you need to make a return, please submit your request exclusively through our online returns portal. Only items registered through this portal will be accepted.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, please ensure the following:

Items must be in original condition β unused, unwashed, and free from any stains, odors, or marks.

Tags, hygiene seals, and packaging must remain intact.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and include proof of purchase.

Final Sale and discounted items marked as such are not eligible for return.

Any defective or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Items purchased with a discount code are eligible only for store credit or exchange.

For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and accessories cannot be returned.
Refunds & Store Credit

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method, minus a $10 return label fee (waived when choosing store credit or an exchange).

As an independent retailer, refunds are processed manually. Please allow up to 14 business days after your package arrives at our warehouse.

Orders paid through installment platforms (e.g., Afterpay) will follow the original payment agreement.
Exchanges
We offer standard and instant exchanges:

Instant exchanges require credit card pre-authorization.

Exchanged items can only be returned once, and only for store credit.

International customers may return items for store credit and repurchase the desired item.
International Returns

Prepaid return labels are not available for customers outside the U.S.

International returns must be shipped to our designated address. Store credit will be issued once the item is received and verified.
Defective Items & Order Issues

Any defect or shipping error must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please contact us with photo or video evidence to ensure fast resolution.
How to Return Your Item

Access our returns portal and follow the guided instructions.

Print your return label (if applicable) and prepare your package securely.

Include the return form and drop your package at the specified carrier.

Once received and inspected, your return will be processed within 7β10 business days.
